Madalyn Brantley
Madalyn is the Director of Workforce Initiatives for the SRS Community Reuse Organization, where she leads efforts to expand economic opportunity across a five-county region. With a foundation in organizational communication, strategic planning, and event management, she has built a career around connecting people, partners, and resources to drive meaningful change.
Since joining SRSCRO, Madalyn has secured $10.8 million in grant funding to advance workforce development initiatives, a testament to her ability to translate vision into results. Her work centers on forging strategic partnerships, growing the regional talent pipeline, and designing programs that create lasting opportunity for the communities she serves.
Prior to her current role, Madalyn served as Director of Programs and Events at the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce, where she led a team through more than 13 annual events, managed a substantial budget, and built a sponsorship portfolio through proactive relationship-building. Her instinct for aligning programs with organizational goals made her a trusted advisor to leadership.
Madalyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of South Carolina Aiken. Outside of work, she enjoys life with her husband and three children.
